Service Advisor mentioned that the Consumable for First Service shall be chargeable. Grease, Oil Top ups etc. However the Invoice presented was ‘Zero’.
I had seen in the Group Chat somewhere that the Paper Mats were charged, here the paper mats were put however not charged.
Seemed more of a cleaning and cursory checks of the Car still took 4 Hours!
