Propeller shaft hitting the cross member - issue

Is there any sign for Propeller shaft hitting the cross member ?

If you can inspect it visually below, you can check to see if the cross member is scratched at the cross-section due to rubbing with the shaft.

This issue has now been taken up by users at Australia as well and they are raising this with Suzuki. Lets see how it goes, with Maruti not doing much on this, here.
