Let’s discuss your experience with the NEXA showroom and help each other out on how to navigate, escalate and get things done at a NEXA showroom. Post your reviews, experiences and the good and bad of a specific branch or even general information about NEXA dealerships.
Booked the Jimny with NEXA AutoFin in Secunderabad, Never stepped foot there. It’s all new experience but the sales guy is decent and responsive. Gave my SOB etc online and documentations etc finished via whatsapp itself. So far so good. I hope to have good experience and after sales support from the same place.
I was following on jimny 3 door from past 3 years…i was attracted by its cute looks and equally capable as big 4×4’s …I used to read a lot about jimny in various forums and getting to know about the vehicle in youtube …On 12 th Jan 2023 it was at 10:45AM finally saw Jimny 5 door being showcased and got to know booking are open. Next minute at around 11AM I took my phone called up the nearest Nexa dealer Nexa Banaswadi, Bangalore. The Nexa sales rep Mr. RATHAN sent me the Jimny brochure and also sent me QR code for booking payment…the crucial part convinced my wife about Jimny …by 12:30 pm i paid 25000 and got to know i am the second person who booked Jimny from that Dealer. All done over phone. Next day on 13 th Jan 2023 i got my booking reciept and SOB #. I did visit to showroom to collect reciept after few days. I was happy to know i was the first few to book from Bangalore. Now eagerly waiting to see Jimny in flesh and do a Test Drive and hope Suzuki will keep up their Quality and Reliability with Jimny aswell.
A similar experience with NEXA Ghaziabad. I booked online and remaining interaction was via email. I hope the buying experience is also seamless.
I’m glad to know that NEXA experiences are really positive so far. I really hope we can have equally positive experiences during service also. Tho I personally prefer to do whatever possible by myself. However, to retain warranty we are at their mercy for the initial few years.
One thing we can do to make the most use of this period is try and learn from the mechanic at the service center if possible on the basic maintenance, refer the manual thoroughly and know the vehicle limitations. I’ve done that and some mechanics happily taught me some basic tuning and skills so that for a 10 minute job at home doesn’t become an hour job for them. They’re also humans and are overloaded due to sheer amount of vehicles on roads.
This is true! Building a bond with the service centre personnel is rewarding in the long term. I have also experienced this with different service centres. Building a rapport with the folks provides a somewhat differential treatment than someone who is just trying to throw their weight around. Just like what @_Aj was saying, they sometimes give useful snippets on what to lookout for or what to take care of
My experience was not good.
On Nexa website my local dealers were not visible so nearest dealer who was visible was of Sonipat so I booked through them. When I called them and asked whether they can take payment using card they told, they will charge 2 % extra which is illegal also and was not expected from big showrooms.
Then I booked through Nexa website selected their dealership and sent them the payment slip.
They told they have not received my payment and will not do entry in the DMS system. I had to fight with customer care / dealer for same. My argument was why they cannot do entry in DMS system as I had provided them the Nexa payment receipt.
I even tried to call the Haryana Nexa regional manager whose number I got number from customer care but he was not picking any calls.
So some how my issue got escalated not sure how and one day I got call that they will open one shadow DMS booking for now and track issue with company.
They could have done this on day 1 itself so that I would have avoided all this.
I booked the Jimny on Nexa website, went to the dealer later,. They informed me that there is a wait time of 6-8 months (sic). I guess they were not keen to attend to my queries as I had already booked the car online. As of now I only have an email and sms from Nexa on the booking but no information to track where I am in the queue nor an estimated timeframe for delivery. I’d probably five Suzuki 2/5 on bying experience.
